1. Object and Scope of Application
   • These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of second-hand household appliances by Easy furnish Japan, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”, to any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.
   • These conditions apply to all sales concluded between the Seller and the Customer, to the exclusion of all other conditions, except by prior written agreement between the parties.
2. Products
   • The products offered for sale by the Seller are second-hand household electrical appliances, checked and tested to ensure that they are in good working order.
   • The products may show signs of normal wear due to their previous use. The products are at least grade B.
   • Grade B: Fair condition / Slight imperfections:
     • Products classified as “rank B” may show signs of normal wear due to previous use, but remain in good working order.
     • Minor imperfections, such as superficial scratches, small dents or marks from general use, may be present.
     • All essential features of the product are functional, but minor cosmetic defects may be observed.
   • If the information provided (lift, difficulties accessing the flat, etc.) is incorrect or misleading, then we reserve the right to cancel the order with costs or additional charges will be required.
3. Prices and payment
   • Product prices are shown in several currencies and may fluctuate depending on the currency. Value added tax (VAT) is always included in the price shown.
   • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. The payment methods accepted are specified on the Seller’s website.
4. Ordering
   • The Customer may place an order online via the Vendor’s website.
   • The order will not be considered accepted until the Customer has confirmed payment.
5. Delivery
   • Delivery costs are payable by the Customer and are directly included in the price.
   • The Seller undertakes to make delivery within the time agreed with the Customer. Any delay will be notified to the Customer as soon as possible.
6. Complaints and Returns
   • The Customer must check the products on receipt and report any defects or non-conformities within 7 days of receipt.
   • In the event of a proven defect or non-conformity, the Customer may request a refund or an exchange under the conditions defined by the Seller.
7. Warranty
   • The products are covered by a one-month warranty from the date of purchase.
   • The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage resulting from incorrect or negligent use.
8. Protection of Personal Data
   • The Seller undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the Customer’s personal data in accordance with current legislation.
   • The information collected will only be used in the context of the commercial relationship between the Seller and the Customer.
9. Applicable law and disputes
   • These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Japanese law.
   • Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts.

By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale, the Customer acknowledges that he/she has read them and accepts them unreservedly.
